Accounting Analyst

The analyst manages key parts of billing and collections while supporting monthly accounting, financial reporting, and operational analysis. The work helps maintain accurate financial and client data, improve revenue realization, and support efficient firm operations.

What you'll do

• Manage client billing, including work-in-progress analysis, draft invoices, adjustments, finance charges, and billing requirements
• monitor receivables and collections
• follow up on past-due accounts
• analyze work in progress with engagement teams
• maintain client and billing data
• prepare financial and operational reports
• support month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and workpapers
• manage accounts payable and 1099s
• assist with cash receipts and bank reconciliations
• identify process improvements.
