Assistant Director of Clinical Services – Applied Behavior Analysis

What you'll do

• Maintain an individual caseload targeting 90–100 billable hours monthly and contract fulfillment above 90%
• supervise and develop behavior technicians, BCBAs, and clinical support staff
• conduct behavior skills training and service reviews
• monitor metrics
• resolve conflicts
• maintain retention and reinforcement systems
• lead department meetings
• support fidelity and policy adherence
• assist with family support and program documents.
