What you'll do

• Complete intake assessments for Adult Protective Services reports
• investigate referrals within policy requirements
• assess risk factors and physical and psychological capacity using the Uniform Assessment Instrument
• determine service and related financial needs
• develop service plans and referrals to community resources
• gather, interpret, and apply interview and investigative information to direct clients to services.
