What you'll do

• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents to prepare estimates
• build and manage bids
• oversee project execution from preconstruction through closeout
• coordinate with superintendents, vendors, and internal teams
• support contract administration, schedules, and reporting
• communicate with clients and stakeholders.
