What you'll do

• Provide and coordinate English Language Development services aligned with Ohio and federal requirements
• maintain English learner documentation, including ILPs and service minutes
• coordinate and administer WIDA testing
• use WIDA standards and ACCESS assessments to guide instruction and compliance
• support classroom teachers with integrated ELD strategies and differentiation
• monitor proficiency data
• serve as a contact for compliance, communication, and family support.
