The Flexographic Press Operator, 3rd Shift role is onsite in Irving, TX, working Sunday–Thursday from 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The posting lists pay of $30–$38 per hour. Inovar Packaging Group produces flexographic and digital printing products, including labels and packaging. The operator sets up, runs, troubleshoots, and maintains flexographic presses to produce labels and packaging that meet customer specifications, quality standards, and production schedules. The role supports safe, efficient production by controlling color and registration, minimizing waste and downtime, and completing routine maintenance.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and monitor flexographic presses
• interpret job tickets, specifications, artwork, and production schedules
• install plates, inks, dies, and substrates
• maintain color registration, print quality, and die-cut accuracy
• adjust presses to optimize quality and efficiency
• troubleshoot print issues
• perform preventive maintenance and cleaning
• meet production and efficiency goals.
