The role supports the Majors Dealer Sales and Service team at Cox Automotive. This role exists to provide ongoing analytics, consultation, and support to maximize client return on investment. The CSM contributes to the team by identifying whitespace opportunities, training customers on digital media and software products, and collaborating with internal partners to execute account strategies.
