What you'll do

• support ambulation, walker and wheelchair use, and therapist-directed range-of-motion routines
• prepare simple meals and monitor hydration
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, and fall-prevention checks
• provide medication reminders and note condition changes for the supervising nurse
• offer companionship and escorted outings
• drive or accompany clients to appointments, groceries, and community activities.
