The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) — Home Care role is onsite in Mastic Beach and Far Rockaway, NY, serving patients in their homes; pay is $80–$90 per hour. Homeside Rehab is seeking clinicians for home care opportunities in Long Island. The SLP evaluates patients and provides individualized therapy to help improve communication, speech, language, cognition, and swallowing. The role monitors progress, adjusts treatment plans, documents care, and coordinates with patients, caregivers, office staff, and the clinical team.
