Direct Sales Representative

What you'll do

• Call on existing and potential customers to understand needs and answer product, pricing, availability, use, and training questions
• drive to customer locations, conventions, and company meetings
• plan customer calls and prospecting
• coordinate delivery times with customers and transportation
• work with customers and the Credit Department on credit terms and collections
• attend sales training, meetings, company functions, and customer events
• assist with new employee training as needed
• review sales reports
• process customer credits and pickup requests
• work with the team on menus, customer social media, and other value-added services.

Why this role
