Description

Reports To: Property Manager. The Chief Engineer (Head Janitor) is very hands on and will oversee the timeliness of work orders and make readies. He/she will work with the Property Manager to establish schedules for routine, deferred and emergency maintenance and will continually inspect the property or multiple properties for improvements.
