What you'll do

• Review drawings, specifications, scopes, and project requirements
• prepare forecasts and progress documents
• coordinate subcontractors and weekly site meetings
• track manpower, quality, inspections, issues, delays, and requests for information in Procore or similar software
• communicate with clients, vendors, architects, and officials
• implement safety and quality programs
• manage site logistics and punch-list completion
• monitor labor productivity and material quantities.
