The Lead HVAC Installer role is onsite in Moraine, OH, serving Dayton and the Miami Valley. Pay is $35–$45 per hour. Stanley Heating Cooling & Plumbing is a locally owned residential HVAC and plumbing company serving the area since 2005. The lead installer owns residential installation jobs from start to finish, ensuring equipment is installed and tested to manufacturer specifications and local code. The role also directs and develops a helper and contributes to consistent installation processes and standards.

What you'll do

• Lead residential HVAC replacements involving furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits
• install water heaters
• manage jobs from start to finish, including job changes
• direct and develop a helper
• install equipment to manufacturer specifications and local code, including ductwork modifications, line sets, brazing, gas piping, and low-voltage wiring
• start up, commission, and test systems
• leave homes clean and explain new systems to homeowners
• help establish installation processes and standards.
