Shipping Assistant

What you'll do

• Receive, unpack, log, and inspect incoming instruments and property
• photograph and escalate shipping damage
• maintain labels, property records, and database entries
• prepare items for photography, storage, vetting, and auction display
• coordinate domestic and international shipping, packing, customs declarations, and import/export documentation
• track outbound shipments and respond to shipping inquiries
• support auction preparation, vault and gallery organization, inventory tracking, and shipping operations.
