What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment
• source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
• coordinate interviews
• maintain candidate records in PinPoint
• partner with hiring managers
• track requisition status, pipeline health, and time-to-fill metrics
• support employer branding and HR administration.
