• Communicate with newly retained clients to gather and verify case information
• collect required records and supporting documents
• enter and maintain client and case information in Filevine
• review matters for completeness and follow up on missing information
• document client communications
• organize required forms
• coordinate handoffs to case management or legal teams
• follow firm intake procedures while managing a high volume of matters.
