What you'll do

• Manage community operations and profit and loss
• develop and execute sales and operations strategies with the Regional Vice President
• oversee sales activities and customer service
• manage labor, occupancy, expenses, budgets, and capital needs
• review building needs and preventive maintenance
• recruit, hire, train, schedule, and manage staff
• conduct resident and staff meetings
• maintain safety
• and provide on-call and overnight coverage as scheduled or needed.
