Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative role is onsite in Hendricks, MN, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pay starts at $18 per hour plus uncapped commission. All States Ag Parts supplies parts and supports customers seeking product pricing, availability, and sourcing. The representative handles inbound requests, researches inventory, sources alternatives when items are unavailable, and follows quotes through to sale. The role builds repeat business through responsive customer service, account follow-up, and relationship management.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound customer requests for pricing and availability
• respond to customer emails within 30 minutes to one hour
• enter quotes and invoices
• prepare freight quotes and invoices
• locate alternatives from approved vendors for out-of-stock items
• own customer issues through resolution
• log customer interactions
• follow up on open quotes and assigned accounts
• contact dormant and previous customers
• maintain price lists and catalogs.
