Line Cook / Dishwasher

What you'll do

• Open or close the kitchen when needed
• prepare appetizers and entrees and keep the kitchen line stocked
• wash and sanitize pans, utensils, and dishes
• clean and maintain the dish machine
• scrape, rinse, load, unload, and organize dishes
• empty trash and sweep and mop as needed
• clean food-preparation stations and equipment
• coordinate food preparation with front-of-house staff
• provide customer service to guests.
