What you'll do
- Support adherence to behavior management plans
- advocate with outside agencies
- communicate with families within signed consents
- facilitate psychoeducational groups with a Behavioral Health Professional
- plan community integration
- coordinate with medical and ancillary providers
- train residents in self-care and daily living
- maintain a safe environment
- respond to crises under agency protocol
- escort residents to appointments
- participate in meetings and interdisciplinary work
- conduct fire drills and inspections
- and maintain required CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Intervention certifications.
