What you'll do

• Validate customer-submitted sales tax and exemption certificates through state websites and FDM4
• respond to internal and external sales-tax inquiries by email or phone
• research customer and staff questions about sales tax and exemption certificates
• prepare sales-tax credit adjustments using FDM4 and Business by Objective
• assist with recurring sales-tax audits and filing sales and use tax returns for 33 states
• research state tax regulations using CCH
• process and file business licenses and annual business reports.
