Emergency Department Registration Representative

What you'll do

• Assist patients with registration and admitting
• gather and verify demographic and insurance information
• contact patients by phone when additional information is needed
• enter and update patient data in the electronic health record
• correct missing or inaccurate registration details
• support complete patient accounts for billing
• protect confidential information
• provide professional, compassionate service
• collaborate with hospital staff to resolve registration issues.
