What you'll do

• Conduct and document functional behavior assessments
• write behavior treatment plans, quarterly reviews, and licensing assessments
• provide staff education and in-services
• complete ongoing assessments for new residents
• train staff in behavior support strategies, positive interactions, structured routines, coping skills, and redirection
• collaborate with treatment teams
• coordinate care with psychiatrists and medical professionals
• monitor behavior support programs
• provide progress reviews at least quarterly.
