What you'll do
- Participate in multidisciplinary developmental assessments
- assess child and family strengths, concerns, and progress
- provide developmentally appropriate child- and family-centered services using a parent coaching model
- coordinate and monitor intervention plans
- partner with families on Individual Family Service Plans
- facilitate parent-child interactions
- complete documentation
- provide individual and group intervention.
