• ensure ERP availability, security, and performance
• coordinate cross-functional solution discussions
• provide technical leadership and user support
• develop and optimize Sarbanes-Oxley controls and processes
• oversee technical and functional aspects of ERP systems and integrated applications
• monitor industry practices
• lead continuous improvement initiatives
• travel globally up to 50%.
