The Swim Instructor role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Pay is $13.50 per hour. The instructor supports Goldfish Swim School’s children’s swim instruction and water-safety program. The instructor teaches the school’s curriculum, monitors student progress, and reinforces safety in and around the pool. The role also communicates with parents or guardians and helps maintain safe, clean, and organized pool areas.

What you'll do

• Teach swim skills and water safety using the Goldfish Swim School curriculum
• enforce safety rules
• make rescues and administer first aid when necessary
• evaluate student progress and complete paperwork
• communicate with parents or guardians
• inspect pool areas
• maintain and store equipment
• report incidents
• attend required training
• and perform occasional light cleaning.
