What you'll do

• Support the Director of Restaurant and Hospitality with food service operations
• follow the menu program and special-diet procedures
• prepare food to resident preferences and safe-handling standards
• maintain food temperatures and time controls
• store and date food
• support meal service and check resident satisfaction
• provide input on hiring and staff training
• maintain a clean kitchen and safe work practices.
