What you'll do

• Service and repair spas in the field and in-house
• travel to customer locations to diagnose and repair spas
• document findings, parts, follow-up needs, and customer communication
• receive, inspect, stage, and prepare spas and parts
• maintain inventory and warehouse organization
• support showroom setups
• coordinate with service and delivery schedulers
• assist with customer escalations, team training, and fleet maintenance.
