What you'll do

• Lead, recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and evaluate outside sales representatives
• conduct weekly sales meetings and review KPIs and pipeline activity
• participate in at least 10 customer presentations per month
• conduct field ride-alongs and support reps during customer calls
• maintain CRM activity
• partner with Marketing and Production
• resolve escalated customer concerns
• set objectives and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights. Frequent field work and customer site visits are required.
