What you'll do

• Own the Appliance segment commercial strategy and annual operating plan, including revenue, gross margin, pricing, and bookings targets
• lead and develop Key Account Managers and commercial professionals
• serve as executive sponsor for strategic appliance OEM accounts
• drive new business and platform opportunities
• negotiate supply agreements and commercial terms
• partner with engineering, product management, operations, supply chain, quality, and finance
• monitor market trends
• own sales forecasting and reporting
• represent Robertshaw at industry events and associations.
