Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver role is onsite in Elkhart, IN, with a stated starting rate of $15–$16 per hour and Power Weekend pay starting at $18 per hour. ADEC’s mission is to empower people with disabilities to live fulfilled lives in their communities. The role supports the independence of people with disabilities in group homes or supported living sites through active treatment, personal assistance, and help maintaining a clean, comfortable home environment.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal care, bathroom needs, meals, activities, transportation to community activities and appointments, medication administration and charting, meal preparation, and household duties.
