What you'll do

• Conduct individual homeownership counseling
• explain HUD programs, FHA loans, down-payment assistance, budgeting, credit, debt management, and savings
• create client action plans
• deliver virtual and in-person workshops
• build referral relationships with banks and community organizations
• enroll and track clients in Dynamics
• connect clients with resources
• maintain HUD-guideline documentation and timely CRM records.
