Account Manager — Provider Accounts

This position develops and maintains provider relationships, supports account onboarding and performance, and coordinates service needs to strengthen retention and organic growth across an assigned region.

What you'll do

• Support lead qualification, sales activities, account implementation, report reviews, and quarterly business reviews
• maintain provider relationships and grow existing accounts
• coordinate billing questions, supply orders, client service, and specimen collection support
• update the CRM and provide weekly activity summaries
• prepare provider presentations and visit logistics
• travel within the assigned region, including overnight travel up to two nights per month
• comply with company policies and healthcare regulations.
