What you'll do

• Oversee affordable housing communities across Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio
• lead and develop Community Managers and onsite teams
• ensure compliance with LIHTC, Fair Housing, and applicable regulations
• monitor occupancy, resident satisfaction, financial performance, and NOI
• review budgets, reports, capital projects, and expenses
• conduct inspections, audits, and site visits
• and support recruiting, training, and performance management.
