The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) — PRN role is onsite in home and community settings in Tacoma, WA, with pay of $50–$60 per hour. Rehab Without Walls’ Home & Community Program supports communication, cognitive, and functional goals in real-world environments. The SLP evaluates and treats speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, helping clients work toward communication and functional goals. The role coordinates care with other disciplines, clients, families, and healthcare providers to support treatment progress and safe transitions.

What you'll do

• Provide speech and cognitive therapy in home and community settings
• support return-to-work, return-to-driving, and independent communication goals
• evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
• reassess treatment effectiveness
• conduct discharge evaluations and recommend home and community safety resources
• communicate progress and needs
• collaborate with the treatment team, physicians, clients, and families.
