What you'll do

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
• assist with laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, and meal preparation
• measure and document vital signs as instructed
• escort participants to medical appointments
• carry out home exercise programs as indicated in care plans
• provide translation services as needed.
