What you'll do

• Provide customer service by phone and email
• process customer orders and enter data accurately
• assist with order tracking, status updates, and inquiries
• maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• coordinate with internal departments on order fulfillment
• assist with administrative documentation and inventory and order management
• address customer concerns promptly.
