What you'll do

• Administer and maintain IBM NetView for z/OS
• configure automation infrastructure, definitions, policies, and controls
• monitor performance and availability
• develop solutions using REXX, CLIST, and NetView Command Lists
• create reusable frameworks and recovery procedures
• implement event-driven automation, notifications, and escalations
• maintain Automation Tables and message-processing rules
• develop monitoring and alerting
• resolve incidents and perform root-cause analysis
• integrate with z/OS Communications Server, VTAM, TCP/IP, OMEGAMON, and enterprise monitoring platforms
• support Sysplex environments.
