What you'll do

• Welcome guests and provide attentive service
• operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash
• explain menu items, ingredients, and allergy information
• maintain and stock the counter, pastry display, and retail products
• package and dispatch delivery and catering orders
• support baristas and front-of-house teammates during busy periods
• complete assigned opening, closing, and cleaning tasks
• report hazards and equipment issues.
