What you'll do

• Assess and continuously monitor patient condition, vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and clinical status
• develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• administer medications, IV therapies, and other prescribed treatments
• respond to changes in condition and clinical emergencies
• coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• educate patients and families
• maintain timely documentation and follow infection-control and patient-safety standards.
