What you'll do

• Prepare appetizers, entrees, and desserts
• follow seasonal lunch and five-week dinner menus and review recipes and ingredients
• maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations
• organize hot and cold serving lines and expedite plating
• prepare room-service and associate meals as needed
• store food properly
• supervise dishwasher preparation
• check in deliveries
• and follow department policies, safety procedures, and scheduled times.
