Production Associate / Packer — Rotating 2-2-3 Shift

The Production Associate / Packer role is onsite in Stony Point, NC, with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule of 12-hour shifts, either 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. Base pay is $16.50 per hour, with a potential $100 weekly attendance bonus. The role supports production and accurate shipment of tape products by operating machinery, monitoring quality, packing products, preparing boxes, and maintaining an orderly work area. What you'll do

• Run machinery to produce tapes
• perform quality checks and monitor production

• keep the work area clean and organized
• lift up to 50 pounds.
