What you'll do

• Develop pricing and cost proposals for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and task orders
• prepare compliant cost volumes and pricing narratives
• analyze solicitation requirements, contract terms, labor categories, wage determinations, and indirect costs
• build and maintain pricing models
• estimate labor, indirect costs, subcontractors, materials, travel, and other direct costs
• conduct labor-market and compensation analyses
• review subcontractor proposals
• support cost realism, price-to-win, profitability, negotiations, audits, contract modifications, and proposal reviews
• maintain pricing databases and estimating tools
• ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, SCA, and company policies.
