The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School Based is an onsite role located in Orlando, FL. Compensation is $80–$100 per hour, supporting the clinical team at Lumino ABA in providing comprehensive ABA therapy services. This role exists to conduct functional behavior assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and supervise RBTs to ensure high-quality care for children in school and home settings.

What you'll do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and preference assessments.
• Develop and maintain individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide BCBA supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and clinical documentation.
