What you'll do

• Coordinate daily operating-room workflow and surgical case flow
• support and supervise OR nursing staff and surgical team members
• ensure adherence to clinical best practices, policies, and safety standards
• collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams
• help resolve operational and patient-care needs
• support quality-improvement and patient-safety initiatives.

Why this role

Requires graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, a current Illinois RN license, current BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least three years of operating-room nursing experience. Prior charge nurse, coordinator, or leadership experience is preferred. Call is required.
