Inventory and Parts Coordinator

The Inventory and Parts Coordinator role is onsite in Findlay, OH. Pay is $50,000 per year. The coordinator supports daily shop operations and inventory accuracy for a 24-hour operation.

What you'll do

• Maintain accurate inventory across locations
• assist the Shop Manager with ordering parts and closing service orders
• maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
• supervise parts and equipment inventory
• write work orders and customer invoices
• support tow operator compliance, vehicle maintenance, dispatch communication, and service response
• answer phones, emails, and texts promptly.

Why this role
