The Registered Nurse (RN)—Home Health role is an in-person position in Marlborough, MA. Pay is $43.00–$90.00 per hour. Acclaim Home Health Care provides home health services intended to support patients’ health and well-being at home. The nurse assesses patients, develops and implements individualized care plans, and administers prescribed medications and treatments. Through monitoring, education, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, the RN supports patient health and independence in the home setting.
