The Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is primarily onsite at a MeBe Learning Center in Bellevue, WA, with four onsite workdays weekly. Compensation is $87,550-$103,000 per year, depending on experience. MeBe provides evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. The role combines clinical work with coaching and mentoring newer BCBAs to support high-quality care and their professional development. It conducts assessments and maintains a client caseload while helping the team meet clinical measures, improve client progress, and develop leadership capacity.

What you'll do

• Meet a weekly billable requirement of 22.5 hours
• work four days weekly onsite
• conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments
• maintain a two-tiered client caseload
• support clinical metrics, including supervision and monthly parent training
• observe cases and provide feedback to BCBAs
• participate in monthly leadership development training
• assist the Site Director or step in during their absence
• manage clinic crises.
