Production Operator – 2nd or 3rd Shift

The Production Operator – 2nd or 3rd Shift role is onsite in Reedsburg, WI. Pay is $23–$27 per hour, plus a $3 per hour premium for 2nd shift or $2 per hour for 3rd shift. Plateco is expanding its production team in response to increased customer demand and company growth. The role supports production of zinc-plated metal parts by operating rack lines, preparing and inspecting parts, and following work orders and quality and safety procedures. Operators also learn additional processes and equipment and train as backup operators to help the team meet production goals.

What you'll do

• Operate rack lines according to customer work orders and production requirements
• rack and unrack metal parts for zinc plating
• position and inspect parts for quality
• follow production instructions and safety procedures
• monitor processes and production goals
• maintain a clean, organized work area
• train as a backup operator and learn additional processes and equipment.
