What you'll do

• Oversee interior and exterior construction projects
• manage consultants, subcontractors, vendors, laborers, materials, and equipment
• develop budgets and schedules
• review drawings for scope, specifications, and code compliance
• process permits, change orders, invoices, and related paperwork
• maintain quality and safety controls
• monitor schedule and budget
• report project updates
• close out and hand over completed buildings and tenant upfits.
